11. Business introducer . L. 121-1 transparency

GTA GO TO AGENCY runs this site as a local editorial media outlet and business introducer. The publisher carries out none of the activities regulated by the French law of 2 January 1970 (Hoguet Law): it holds no management mandate, no client funds, no property keys, and carries out neither property transactions nor letting management on its own account.

Under article L. 121-1 of the French Consumer Code and the pre-contractual information obligation (art. L. 111-1 of the same code), the publisher receives, when you submit an estimate or introduction form, a remuneration from its operating partners in return for forwarding your qualified enquiry. This remuneration takes the form of:

  • a commission per file signed with a partner (50 à 500 € HT selon partenaire et service), or
  • a resale of the qualified lead to a third-party marketplace (Edilead, LeadValue or equivalent), at a unit price between 30 € and 80 € before VAT.

Types of operating partners on file:

  • Cabinets avocats spécialisés Loi Le Meur / urbanisme
  • Cabinets d'expertise comptable LMNP
  • Photographes immobiliers locaux
  • Conciergeries Airbnb opérationnelles partenaires
  • Marketplaces de revente de leads (Edilead, LeadValue)

What this means for you:

  • you remain free to choose at every step; no signature and no commitment is imposed merely by submitting a form,
  • the costed quote you will receive from the partner is negotiated directly with them; the publisher is not party to the contract,
  • the commission the publisher receives never increases the price the partner charges you (it is taken from the partner's margin, not added to your invoice),
  • you may at any time request the deletion of your contact details or refuse their transmission to a partner by writing to rgpd@dijon-conciergerie.com.

Editorial independence: comparative reviews, recommendations and opinions published on this site are not conditioned by the commercial agreements signed with partners. Editorial content (blog, glossary, analysis) is produced independently of commission schedules.
